Every deal is unique and different, but sometimes we don’t require you to clean the property or leave it in what’s known as broom clean condition. We often bring in professional cleaners at our expense. We typically don’t require sellers to make repairs to the property prior to purchasing it. More oftentimes than not we perform repairs at our expense after the closing. We also sometimes allow sellers to leave behind things that they don’t want to take with them when they move. We pay to have these items removed at our expense. These are all benefits that aren’t enjoyed in most traditional home sales.

In a nutshell, if we can reach an agreement you might not need to worry about cleaning the house, making repairs or paying to move things you no longer want. We’ll buy your house as-is, no matter how ugly or pretty it is, regardless of its location. We don’t list houses, we buy houses!
